Surrounded by three volcanos, we shared coffee, stories, ideas, and laughter with entrepreneurs and investors from across Guatemala, Central America, and the USA. Big, life-changing ideas can come from a small cup of coffee.
U.S. State Department
In Washington DC, we joined public and private sector leaders over coffee to discuss economic opportunity, entrepreneurship, and impact investment in Ethiopia and across Africa.
Refugee Camp
We found this makeshift coffee shop in the middle of a refugee camp just outside of Athens, Greece. Most of these refugees fled the Syrian conflict - many separated from family or worse. Sharing coffee, we heard their stories and found opportunities to change lives together.
Uzbekistan Innovation
In the capitol city of Tashkent, we led innovation + impact entrepreneur sessions and worked with public + private leaders over coffee to open opportunity for a brighter future.
Istanbul, Turkey
Where east meets west, we shared strong coffee in the Grand Bazaar and dreamed up plans to unleash markets around the globe.
Coffee in the Jungle
That night we hiked and slept in the Belizian jungle with our Mayan + IJ entrepreneur friends, we brewed coffee with water from the river, roasted marshmallows over the fire, and dreamed big about the future.
